After your initial complaint is lodged with your customer ID, you’ll be issued a ticket number, and a service request is generated with a reference number. Then you will be assigned an Airtel DTH Service Engineer who will contact you via his phone number, which will be mentioned in the reply SMS you’ll get on your registered phone number. You can schedule a home visit for repair and maintenance at a time of your convenience.
The technician will do a thorough check on your set-top box body and chip, dish assembly, dish antenna, and remote, etc. After the allotted service technician visit, you’ll get a second SMS on your registered phone number that your “service request no. ___ for Airtel DigitalTV ___ is resolved.
