Let’s first see this year’s best full-service maintenance and repair facilities in the U.S. and compare them with the J.D. Powers 1st edition of the Aftermarket Service Index study of 2019. This year (2021), “Christian Brothers Automotive Corp.” tops the list with a score of 869 (on a 1,000-point scale). With 778 points, “Big O Tyres” ranks 2nd on the list, followed by “Goodyear Tyre & Auto Service” with 775 points.
Comparing it with the 2019 ASI, Christian Brothers Automotive Corp. is the clear front-runner in both years, but while last year it tied for 1st place with “Les Schwab Tyre Centres” (both securing 823 points), this year it is way ahead of any of the immediate competitors in full-service auto repair and maintenance satisfaction.
The segment average this year was 753 points, and six full-service auto maintenance and repair facilities—Christian Brothers Automotive Corp., Big O Tyres, Goodyear Tyre & Auto Service, NTB, Tyres Plus, and Firestone Complete Auto Care—were able to surpass it with their exemplary auto maintenance work and repair facilities.
