Netgear Warranty-Replacement Claim Process:

NETGEAR India has partnered with Flex to provide warranty replacement services in India. Customers can reach out to customer care at toll free number 1800 419 4543 or Support Email at [email protected] to convey their Orbi, Nighthawk or any other device issues.

  • You’ll be provided with Netgear RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number after the initial warranty claim request.
  • If you live near any of the service center listed above, you can then visit the same for warranty replacement but if you are not, you’ll have to replace your product at the place of purchase
  • Note that you’ll have to bring the faulty device along with RMA number and original invoice (proof of purchase)
  • After the defective unit is submitted at any of the authorised Flex collection center, the replacement product will be directly shipped to your shipping address via Courier.
