Steps and Servicing Guidelines:

  • First call the Prestige National Helpline number within the working hours
  • Based on the nature of your query, the helpline executive may either try to resolve the issue telephonically, allot you for “Carry-In service” or Book you for “Home Service” by generating a ‘Work order ID’.
  • For Carry-in service: the Customer is advised to carry the product to the nearest “authorized Prestige Service Center” and the address of which will be sent via SMS to customer’s phone no.
  • Product eligible for only “Carry-in service”: Pressure Cooker, Microwavable Pressure Cooker, Cookware, Pressure Cook-wares, Multi Cooker, Flask, Gas Guard, Lighter, Electric Chopper, Electric Grill, Flip Bin, Vegetable Cutter, Coffee Maker, Deep Fryer, Hand Blender, Hand Mixer, Steam Iron, Kettle, Juicer, Ladder, Lanterns, Masala Grinder, Non Electric Mop, Multi Grater, Ozoniser, Pizza Maker, Popcorn Maker,  Roti Maker, Sandwich Maker, SS Utensils, Toaster, Water Bottle.
  • For Home Service:  The helpline executive will provide calling customer with a “Work order ID” and a representative from the nearest “TTK Prestige Authorised service center” will visit the complainant to check the product and advises accordingly.
  • Product eligible for “Home Service: Hybrid Combi Cooktops, Induction Cook Tops, Air Fryer, Air Purifier, Water Purifier, Barbeque, Built in Hob, Food processor, LPG Gas stove, Mixer Grinder, Juicer Mixer Grinder, Kitchen Hood, Microwave Oven, OTG, Rice Cooker, Steam Cleaner, Electric Mop, Wet Grinder.

If the product is under Warranty period: provide the Purchase invoice and Warranty card.

If the product is not under Warranty period: an estimate of time and price for servicing the product will be told to the customer.
