GoPro Repair/Replacement Service in India Under 1 Year International Warranty
GoPro products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects one 1 year from the original date of purchase. Follow following steps to claim a free warranty repair/replacement of your Faulty/damaged product in India.
- STEP 1: Visit Contact us page on GoPro Website. (Note: Select Country India and Language English.)
- STEP 2: You can either choose “I want to discuss an existing case”, in which case you have to enter the case number. For new GoPro Repair/Replacement case, select “Product Support” as the ISSUE TYPE.
- STEP 3: GoPro Consumers can then choose their product from the drop down menu
- STEP 4 Then,write a detailed reason for contact, describing issues related to your GoPro product in around 400 words.
- STEP 5: Enter your person Details like: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and Email ID. (NOTE: If you’re a GoPro Subscriber, please be sure to use the email associated with your Subscription to ensure priority support)

- STEP 7: First, GoPro After sale support team shall share troubleshooting tips over email/phone/chat. - STEP 8: Prepare a package with the faulty product inside and write your RMA number on the outside of the box. This package has to be dropped by the customer to the nearest UPS centre.

GoPro Repair/Replacement Service in India under 2nd Year Extended Warranty
In India, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited is the only provider of extended Warranty for GoPro products (HERO8 Black, MAX, HERO9 Black model only). Follow the following steps to claim a Free Extended Warranty (EW) replacement in India:
STEP 1: Purchase the product from an Authorised Dealer of Creative Peripherals and register within 2 months from the date of purchase.
STEP 2: Customer should then call CPDL Customer care number: +91-2250612700 to either schedule sending the product to the Creative Peripheral Collection Centre in original packaging enclosing the Extended Warranty details OR a Visit to the following Authorised GoPro EW Service Center (CPDL Branches).
