Step 1: visit https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/service-center

Step 2: select your product group from the drop down menu

Step 4: enter your area’s pin code and hit submit. Depending on his PIN CODE, the Boat customer will be directed either to a page showing nearest service center OR (for distant customer eligible for door-to-door replacement) to a Boat complaint registration page. Now fill up the details in the form provided asking:

  • The Boat customer complaint is now registered and he will receive a complaint ticket number on his/her email and SMS on his phone number
  • Within 24 working hour, another email and SMS notification will be send to the customer with all the essential pickup guidelines along with “courier name” & “booking ID”.
  • The customer should be ready with the faulty product packaged in any box without the accessories. The package will be picked by a Boat courier partner in a day or two.
  • The customer will receive a product successfully delivered email or SMS.
  • Once the Boat product is delivered, the Boat service team will take 1-2 days to test the product and update the Boat customer about the repair or replacement of his boat product via email. The Boat customer can also track the servicing update of his product by visiting https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ and clicking on the “Check status of ticket” button at the bottom.
