Amazon India Mail-In Kindle, Fire Stick and Echo Dot Repair-Replacement Process

 STEP 1# Visit Official Amazon India CTDI Website and select “Issue Registration” Option.

STEP 2# As the first step, scroll down the T&C page and Click on “Accept”.

STEP 3# Three device options will be listed in front of you. Select the Amazon product you wish to Repair/Replace and click on “Proceed with Registration”. All devices will be dispatched to Navi Mumbai repair hub for service.

As of March 2023, following are the Service & Replacement charges for the selected Amazon Fire Stick/Kindle/Echo products. Please note that Replacement which are provided by authorised CTDI are renewed /refurbished products not the new one.

STEP 4# The next step is the verification process. Enter your Mobile Number and Click on “Send OTP”. Enter the OTP you receive on your Mobile number and click on “Verify”.

After the number is successfully verified, you have to enter your Email Id for another OTP and after you successfully verified the OTP received in your Email ID, Click on “Next” button for the next step.

STEP 5# In this step you have to enter some basic info and then click “Next”

  • Last Name
  • Address (Where you wish to Mail-in service to reach you)

STEP 6# Fill the Amazon product info you wish to repair/ Replace from the drop down menu list provided there.

STEP 7 # Enter the Damaged Product serial number, Write details about Problem faced, Write details about any other secondary problem faced. Enter the Date/month/year and click on “NEXT”, where you confirm all the details entered are correct.

STEP 8# On successful registration a Service Order # will be generated & sent to the customer’s registered ID for future reference. A courier pickup request will be enabled for the device pickup on the requested date.
