Top 10 Scooty in India With On Road Price (April 2023)

Apart from the 1,12,14,640 motorcycles, more than 55 lakh scooters and 6 lakh or more mopeds were sold in India during the fiscal year 2022-2023.

Comparing the overall two-wheelers sales figure of last two Fiscal years (FY 2021-22 & FY 2022-23), it’s evident that Indians prefer both scooters and motorcycles, almost equally; they just have to suit their need and pocket.

Motorcycle sales were twice in numbers as compared to scooters segment, but popular scooter models still gave a competitive run for money, when it’s comes to sales volume; especially by “Honda Activa”, which ranked 2nd best-selling two wheeler across all segments, only behind “Hero Splendor” motorcycle.
